 Fresh chicken breast sliced into thin strips sautéed with fresh garlic, onion, mushrooms, and fresh baby spinach.  Served on a bed of whole grain pasta, finished with a lemon fettuccini sauce.

Flank Steak Stir Fry

Lean flank steak marinated in a homemade teriyaki sauce with soy sauce, ginger, sugar, garlic and green onions. * You remove from marinade and grill fresh any night or the week.

Caramelized Apple and Onion Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin stuffed with caramelized apples and onions, drizzled with a balsamic reduction sauce.
